Who is this for?

Anyone eager to learn how to start working with instead of against patterns of stress reactivity. Learn to cooperate with body, emotions and mind for balance, focus, calm and growth.

What can you expect?

This is an experience-based series based on a mindful approach for stress mastery and personal growth. You’ll gain insight in the latest findings of neuroscience and psychology on stress and learn to work with stress related difficulties on an emotional, mental and physical level. It will help you find more focus, rest and recovery. Connect on a deeper level with yourself, significant others and what truly matters in your life.

What will happen at this event?

You’ll receive daily exercises (+/- 10 min/day) with easy accessible, day to day practices, based on meditation techniques, body awareness and breath work. 

In the weekly class, we’ll focus each time on a different theme, exploring theory and practice with exercises and group discussions. (week 1 – anchor, week 2 – light the fire, week 3 – life flow energy, week 4 – open mind & body, week 5 wind of change). With lifelong access to all documentation, you'll be able to implement a consistent daily practice after this course.

About Niels

Niels has been a yogi and meditation practitioner for over a decade. He is a certified Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Trainer (MBSR). In his daytime job, Niels coaches refugees, individuals with disabilities or people recovering from severe illness towards reintegration in their former workplace or a suitable job. Also, he used to work in Human Resources in large companies for several years. Niels is currently studying Somatic Psychotherapy. This year, he opened his own practice for individual psychotherapy. You can find him at Atelier Du Mon on Tuesday nights. Niels is passionate about unlocking human potential. He likes to work with diverse groups where everyone can support one another. People often like his ability to provide safe space. He always aims for an accessible, clear, profound yet easy to apply, joyful and authentic learning experience.
