DAKkan Rooftop yoga @ Pulcinella

Kom je verrijken op het intieme dak van hostel la Pulcinella. Leer aarden in de lucht en kom eens even helemaal tot jezelf tijdens de 2 yogalessen van Denies van Atelier Du Mon. 

Denies is osteopate en geeft daarnaast al 10 jaar yogales. Dit keer staan haar lessen  in het teken van het thema "aarde". Verwacht je dus aan houdingen die je doen gronden, stevig in je schoenen helpen staan maar bovenal fijn zijn.

11-12 beginners vinyasa - dynamische yoga voor beginners die focust op het synchroniseren van ademhaling en beweging.

12.30-13.30 yin flow - een rustige stretch les
