About the Event
Sunday, April 2, resident teacher Laurenz descends on Kinderboerderij Wilrijk for an initiation kids yoga and an initiation family yoga.Â
At family yoga & kids yoga the focus is always on fun and connecting in movement. Spending some quality time together. We take a journey through the farm from our mat and we imitate the animals we've seen. An alternation between individual yoga poses and partner poses. Fun for young and old alike!
