Hands on On-hands playtime - Community Class 1+1

Sepp, a Rocket Vinyasa yoga teacher and passionate handstand enthusiast, invites you to this Hands on On-hands playtime.

In this 90-minute class, we'll look at how we can shift our yoga practice toward arm balancing by focusing on our hands as much as possible in a nice, accessible, safe, and sometimes even challenging vinyasa flow.

Prepare to sweat, play, and most importantly have fun challenging yourself by getting a taste of the abundance of possibilities at your disposal and possibly working towards your favorite inversion. 

Of course, options will be provided to accommodate everyone on their own level.

Because this is an all-levels 1+1  Community Class, you are welcome 

to bring one friend, brother, sister, partner (in crime)... for free.
