When:

Friday, May 3rd (afternoon check-in), Saturday, May 4th, and Sunday, May 5th (noon check-out).

Included: 

Meditation, mindfulness, Creative Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin yoga, journaling and additional activities.

Professional guidance by resident Atelier Du Mon teachers Kim De Becker & Laurenz Verkruysse.

Outside glamping or inside comfort @ Bleyckhof Ranst.

Catering by Mamma Gusto.

Not included: Transportation to the venue & alcoholic beverages. There will be an honesty bar.
