New mommy - 3x yoga & breath work

Service Description

3 x 60 min private sessions for the new mom (after 6 weeks and with clearance from your health provider). After the first session, we will book in the following two sessions.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 10 hours before class. Late cancellations & no-shows will be fully charged, and credits will not be reimbursed. We kindly ask that you cancel your class as soon as possible so that we give other people the opportunity to join. Attendance: Arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we will lock the studio doors when the class starts.
