Every Sunday, between 9 AM and 10 AM, our shala opens its doors for a tranquil self-practice experience. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just beginning your journey towards inner peace, this is your sacred space to unwind and rejuvenate. The beauty of this session lies in its flexibility. You arrive when it suits you and leave when you're ready. There's no rigid structure, allowing you to truly connect with your own rhythm and embrace mindfulness at your own pace. We're here to support you on your path to well-being and growth. A dedicated teacher is always close by, ready to assist with any questions or offer guidance whenever you need it. This is a donation based class.
You must cancel 10 hours before class. Late cancellations & no-shows will be fully charged, and credits will not be reimbursed. We kindly ask that you cancel your class as soon as possible so that we give other people the opportunity to join. Attendance: Arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we will lock the studio doors when the class starts.
