Service Description

Rocket Yoga is a playful and challenging progressive Ashtanga-based yoga practice designed by the late Larry Schultz. This inversion-heavy class offers plenty of options for all level students and a lot of playtime. Also the motto from the late Larry Schultz is "you are stronger than you think"; "and why the name Rocket? Because you get there faster!"

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 10 hours before class. Late cancellations & no-shows will be fully charged, and credits will not be reimbursed. We kindly ask that you cancel your class as soon as possible so that we give other people the opportunity to join. Attendance: Arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we will lock the studio doors when the class starts.
