QIGONG (TEACHER) TRAINING
Are you ready to deepen your understanding of Qigong and explore the connection between movement, breath, energy and awareness?
This 25-hour Qigong Training is an introduction to the rich philosophy and practice of Qigong. Going beyond the physical movements, we will explore the ancient wisdom of Taoism and Chinese philosophy and discover how body, breath and mind can be experienced as one connected whole.
Throughout this training, you will learn about the origins and fundamental principles of Qigong, as well as key concepts such as Qi, Yin & Yang, balance and harmony. We will explore the Taoist view on energy, nature, the body and consciousness, while also taking a first step into the deeper principles of non-duality and presence.
Who can participate?
-
participants who are curious and enjoy learning
-
Yoga and movement teachers who want to deepen their understanding.

IN THIS TRAINING YOU'LL DISCOVER
The training combines theory with plenty of practical exploration. You will experience different Qigong forms and exercises, while working with breath, posture, relaxation, movement and awareness. You will also learn the basic principles of practising and guiding Qigong, with tools you can immediately integrate into your own practice and daily life.
This training is open to anyone who wants to better understand and experience Qigong, whether you are joining out of personal interest, want to deepen your own practice or would like to bring this wisdom into your work with others.
25 hours to slow down.
25 hours to deepen your practice.
25 hours to explore what becomes possible when we move from seeking to simply being present.

ABOUT TINE
Tine Sneyers is a certified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tuina therapist, yoga & Qigong teacher and personal development coach.
Her background is a little different from what you might expect. Originally trained as a lawyer, her creative mind and passion for movement, inner beauty and people eventually led her to the fashion industry, where she worked with great enthusiasm for eight years.
After experiencing burnout, Tine was forced to slow down and rethink the way she lived and worked. This became the beginning of a deeper journey into self-care, yoga, coaching, therapy and Chinese Medicine.
Through Restorative and Yin Yoga, she learned to reconnect with her body in a more gentle and compassionate way. Yoga, coaching and therapy helped her strengthen not only her body, but also her mind and sense of self.
Her approach is centred around three key principles:
-
slowing down and creating space
-
developing self-awareness and self-care
-
taking responsibility for your own wellbeing
Tine combines tools inspired by Eastern philosophy, Chinese Medicine and the yogic path. Rather than looking for quick solutions, Tine encourages people to become more aware of their body, energy, mind and patterns, and to actively take part in their own process.
