We offer a diverse range of different styles, find out which one suits you best and pop in for a class. All of our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels and beginner-friendly.

VINYASA YOGA
ACCESSIBLE & BREATH-ORIENTED
Vinyasa means "placing in a special way" and some teachers also refer to it as linking breath with movement. Expect this class to go through the basics of a physical Yoga-practice with sun-salutations and several variations of both standing and seated postures, so everyone - no matter their level - can follow along.

CREATIVE VINYASA YOGA
DYNAMIC & CREATIVE
This is a class that redefines physical yoga-movement in a new, fresh way. Open to beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. You do not need to be very experienced to try out this class - as long as you arrive with an open mind and willingness to explore you will be more than fine.This class is another great reminder that it's not about how the postures look but how we feel whilst doing them. This class is all levels, except for the creative Vinyasa advanced class on Tuesday evenings.

KUNDALINI YOGA
ENERGIZING & CHALLENGING
This is a class that introduces the dynamic and energizing practice of Kundalini yoga. Combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, it offers a unique and powerful experience. Open to beginners as well as more advanced practitioners, no prior experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
This class invites you to connect more deeply with your energy and inner awareness. It’s not about how the movements look, but about what you feel and experience from within.

YIN YOGA
GROUNDING & DEEP
Yin postures create a gentle traction of the connective tissues that form our joints and are mostly practiced while staying close to the ground, sitting or laying down, using the occasional prop. Holding postures for between 3 and 7 minutes on average. Designed to address the tissues discussed in the Modern Meridian Theory, stating that the meridians of acupuncture theory are currents flowing through the connective tissues of the body.

SUNRISE FLOW
REFRESHING & OPENING
This is a gentle yet energizing Sunrise Flow designed to awaken the body and mind. Through flowing sequences and sun salutations, we gradually open the body and build warmth.
Open to all levels, this class focuses on creating space, moving with the breath, and setting a clear intention for the day ahead. You don’t need much experience—just a willingness to arrive, move, and ease into your morning.
It’s not about how the practice looks, but how it helps you feel: refreshed, grounded, and ready for the day.

YIN, MEDITATION & BREATHWORK
CENTERING & INWARD
Yin, meditation & breathwork is a combination of grounding yin poses (passive poses where we stay for a few minutes to open up our bodies) and breathing exercises. Various breathing techniques will guide us inward, leading us to explore the power of meditation at the end of the session.

VINYASA FOUNDATIONS
REFINE & ALIGN
Join us for a refreshing "Back to Basics" Vinyasa Foundations class, where we focus on mastering the fundamentals of your yoga practice. Growth in yoga comes from a solid understanding of alignment, and this class is designed to help you refine your skills, regardless of your experience level.
Even seasoned practitioners will find value in revisiting the basics, as our bodies and practices are constantly evolving. This class offers a chance to reconnect with your body, ensuring your practice remains safe and sustainable.

CONTEMPORARY MAT PILATES
CREATIVE & STRONG
This is a class that explores a modern and creative approach to Mat Pilates. Building on the classical foundations, we introduce more fluid movements, variations, and functional patterns.
Open to beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, this class focuses on strength, mobility, and coordination. You don’t need experience, just a willingness to move and maybe sweat little.

CLASSICAL MAT PILATES
STRENGHTENING & PRECISE
This is a class that focuses on the classical series of Classical Mat Pilates. Through precise, controlled movements, we work on strengthening the core, improving posture, and building overall body awareness.
Open to beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, this class emphasizes alignment, breath, and technique. You don’t need prior experience, just a willingness to move and strengthen your body.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE & YIN YOGA
GROUNDING & HEALING
Join us for a relaxing and restorative class combining Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga, designed to release deep tension and promote relaxation throughout the body. In this class, we will use gentle techniques, including blocks & balls, to target the fascia and release tightness in the muscles.
Yin Yoga will complement this practice with long-held, passive stretches that focus on deepening flexibility and encouraging the flow of energy in the body. Whether you're looking to ease chronic tension, improve mobility, or simply unwind, this class will help you achieve a sense of deep release, calm, and balance. Suitable for all levels, it’s a perfect way to relax, restore, and renew your body and mind.

SELF PRACTICE
PERSONAL & TRANSFORMATIVE
During the self practice hours, the studio is open exclusively for individual practice, giving you the space to explore your own movement, breathwork, meditation, or yoga flow, without instruction.
All studio facilities are available during your session, and you are welcome to stay up to 2 hours per visit. Whether you’re maintaining your practice, recovering from a busy day, or simply seeking a quiet moment, self practice offers a supportive space for your wellbeing.
