We are hosting the Yoga Festival Antwerp in the heart of the city. Across several beautiful locations, you can join movement classes, experience live music, and listen to inspiring talks on a wide range of topics. ADM & AYU will serve as the main hub of the festival, with all other venues just a short walk away.

All sessions are 90 minutes, with 30-minute breaks in between to allow smooth transitions between venues. All venues are within walking distance of each other.
