Community class: Align & Refine

In a yoga class we sometimes find ourselves confused about correctly integrating the cues our teacher gives us. Especially during faster paced Vinyasa Flows it can be hard to find the time to address the following questions: What cue has priority in this pose? How do I adapt the asana my teacher is showing me? How can I feel the pose more in my body?

The Align and Refine class aims to be a support for those who have just embarked on their yoga journey and want to invest more in the fundamental poses. For more curious, advanced yoga practitioners who want to invest in refining their technique, this class could elevate their practice and create more connection throughout asana flow.

Together with resident teacher Matthias you will take a closer look at the Sun Salutations, integrated breathwork and key principles that characterize the different asana families.
