A 4-Session Yoga and Movement Exploration
Return is the act of coming back. Not to start over, but to meet something familiar with deeper awareness.
It’s the moment you re-enter your body after drifting outward. The feeling of breath landing more fully in your ribs. The subtle recognition that strength and clarity were never gone, they were only temporarily unattended.
Growth doesn’t move in straight lines. We rise, we crest, we descend, we integrate - and then we return.
On the surface life moves in arcs: the path of the sun across the sky, the rise and fall of a wave, the effort and release within a single breath. In practice, we experience the same pattern - building toward an edge, navigating intensity, recalibrating, and settling into new ground.
This is the arc of iteration. It’s the intelligent evolution that happens when we return with attention rather than force. The body adapts through repetition, through intelligent load andrelease. What appears to be repetition is often refinement. What feels like revisiting familiar terrain is frequently evolution in motion.
And yet it's easy to lose connection with that rhythm - the natural arc of rise and return. Time becomes seemingly segmented. Attention scatters. Practice shifts from something inhabited to something mechanical. We continue moving, but we may not feel fully inside ourselves.
RETURN: The Arc of Iteration is a deliberate step back into contact with our inner magic. Across this weekend, you ’ll explore what happens when you stay with sensation, gravity, and breath long enough for integration to occur. Each session traces its own arc - effort and integration, challenge and clarity - while the weekend as a whole reveals a larger unfolding.
Familiar shapes may reappear, not as repetition for its own sake, but as an opportunity to observe how you meet them differently now. Strength builds, then softens. Yielding allows recalibration. Coherence emerges naturally as movement and awareness begins speaking the same language.

WE WILL EXPLORE
The intelligence of repetition and how it builds sustainable strength
- The arc of effort and integration within a single practice
- The spiral nature of learning and embodied skill
- Recision without rigidity
- Presence as the foundation of refinement
Session 1: Symphony of Sensation
The weekend begins by returning to the most fundamental layer of practice: sensation.
Before alignment, before strength, before technique, there is the living field of the body. It’s the subtle orchestra of pressure, stretch, rhythm, breath, circulation, and internal response within the body. This opening practice is designed to reawaken that field, and your connection to it. Through slow fluid vinyasa, unique sequencing, and attentive pacing, we begin tuning the instrument.
Rather than moving quickly through shapes, we explore how awareness changes the experience of movement itself. Sensation becomes information, and the body begins to feel less like something we control and more like something we collaborate with.
As sensitivity sharpens, movement becomes more intelligent and responsive. Effort distributes more evenly, transitions become more alive, and practice begins to feel inhabited again. This first evening sets the tone for the entire weekend by reconnecting you with the living intelligence of your body.
Session 2: Gravity & Ground
As sensitivity sharpens, the next layer of practice comes into focus: relationship with structure.
This practice explores how the body organizes itself in response to gravity and load. Rather than fighting against gravity, we learn to cooperate with it, allowing the ground beneath us to inform strength, alignment, and stability.
Through progressively layered vinyasa sequences, we’ll investigate how bone, fascia, muscle, and breath collaborate to distribute effort efficiently. Strength emerges not from force, but from clear pathways of support.
There is something deeply stabilizing about feeling weight transfer clearly through the body and into the earth. When that relationship becomes tangible, movement gains both power and ease.By the end of this practice, the body feels rooted, capable, awake, and ready for the deeper layers of integration that follow.
Session 3 : Integrative Intelligence
After building structure and capacity, the weekend turns toward a different kind of intelligence.
This session invites the body into a slower, more receptive mode through a yin-inspired practice that emphasizes yielding rather than effort. Long-held shapes, supported stillness, and subtle exploratory movement create the conditions for deeper recalibration.
When we soften the impulse to control or correct, the body often begins reorganizing itself in ways the mind could never plan. Tension unwinds, breath deepens, and the nervous system shifts toward a more integrative state. Rather than forcing change, we allow the body’s inherent organizing capacity to come forward.
This is not passive rest. It is an active listening. As gravity, tissue, breath, and awareness interact over time, you may notice new layers of sensation emerging - and with them, the quiet intelligence that has been working beneath the surface all along.
Session 4: Dynamic Coherence
The final practice brings the threads of the weekend together.
With sensation alive, the body’ s internal signals clearly felt, structure established, and deeper layers of integration underway, movement begins to organize itself from the inside out. Effort distributes through the system more intelligently, transitions grow more fluid, and the body moves with a sense of coherence that feels both grounded and alive.
This closing vinyasa practice explores what happens when the body’s intelligent systems begin moving as
a whole. Breath, alignment, rhythm, and attention start to synchronize, creating a quality of flow that feels both powerful and steady.
Coherence in the body is not rigidity or perfection. It is the experience of different systems communicating clearly – movement organized from within rather than imposed from the outside. This final practice weaves the threads of the weekend together. The arc of the experience becomes tangible – movement organizing from within, breath, structure, and sensation coming back into conversation, as the body begins to return toward its own innate coherence.

MEGHAN CURRIE
Meghan Currie’s movement style is strong, fluid, playful, and deeply intuitive. Her teaching explores the body as a living field of sensation and intelligence, where breath, awareness, and movement interact to create a practice that feels both powerful and alive.
With over 25 years of personal practice and more than 15 years of teaching internationally, Meghan is known for crafting creative, immersive movement experiences that invite curiosity,
presence, and self-discovery. Through workshops, retreats, festivals, and her online platform, she guides students toward a deeper relationship with their bodies and the intelligence that
lives within them.
Her approach blends thoughtful structural alignment with somatic awareness, encouraging practitioners to move with both strength and sensitivity. Breath acts as a central thread
throughout the practice, supporting a state that is at once focused and spacious — where movement becomes meditative and the mind naturally quiets.
Rather than striving to perfect the body, Meghan’s work invites a collaborative relationship with it. By anchoring attention in present-moment sensation, students learn to listen more closely to their internal signals. Sensations, emotions, and subtle shifts in energy become part of the practice itself, allowing patterns to reorganize and new possibilities to emerge.
At its heart, Meghan’s teaching is an invitation to inhabit the full landscape of oneself — to move with curiosity, to trust the body’s innate intelligence, and to rediscover the sense of
wholeness that arises when awareness, breath, and movement come into harmony.
